This policy explains how Shree Trio Private Limited ("Shree Trio", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you send us an enquiry, including through our forms on Facebook and Instagram, WhatsApp, email or this website.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number (including WhatsApp), email address, city and state.
- Your company or firm name, business type, GST registration status, expected makhana requirement and when you plan to start.
- Messages you send us and notes of our calls and conversations with you.
- For enquiries from Facebook or Instagram ads: the form, ad and campaign you responded to.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and share prices, samples, brochures and product details.
- To process orders, deliveries and invoices.
- To keep records of our conversations so our sales team can follow up properly.
- To improve our advertising: we tell Meta, in a protected (hashed) form, how far an enquiry progressed (for example contacted, qualified or ordered) so our ads reach businesses most likely to need our products. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Our sales team and service providers who run our CRM, email and WhatsApp messaging for us, only to the extent needed.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) as described above.
- Courier and logistics partners when we deliver your order.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we have a business relationship with you and up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where tax and accounting laws require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to shreetrioprivatelimited@gmail.com or reply "STOP" on WhatsApp. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Your data is stored on secured servers with access limited to our team, protected by passwords and sign-in codes, and sent over encrypted connections.
